TACO BELL in Sparta, Wisconsin is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the restaurant general manager in daily operations, open and close procedures, cash handling, staffing, and achieving financial targets while upholding Taco Bell standards and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise team members and Shift Leads, train staff, schedule shifts, monitor cleanliness and food safety, control costs, analyze sales and inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in restaurant operations.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations under the Restaurant General Manager guidance, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Supervise, train, and coach crew members and shift managers to maintain performance and a positive work environment.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality, customer service, and complaint resolution.
• Monitor finances, sales, inventory, and labor costs to achieve targets.
• Manage inventory and ordering to minimize shortages and waste.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
