Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Certification for Open/Close Shift Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager during open/close, including cash reconciliation.
• Conduct walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening/closing and rush periods.
• Supervise crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Ensure operations meet quality, production, and service standards and maintain a professional environment.
• Coordinate shift schedules to provide proper coverage during busy times.
• Resolve VOC issues and follow up as needed.
• Onboard new hires using Workday and company protocols.
