Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in day-to-day outlet operations, overseeing staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory control in a fast-paced casino restaurant.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Hospitality or Business Administration with three years of supervisory experience in a high-volume F&B or casino setting; in lieu of degree, two years of supervisory experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in hospitality or business administration.
At least three years in a high-volume casino F&B with supervisory experience.
In lieu of degree, two years supervisory experience in similar setting.

Responsibilities

Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining and scheduling of supervisors and line staff.
Responsible for the requisition and inspection of all products and the maintenance of inventory par amounts.
Assist in the preparation of payroll.
Maintains the health, safety and sanitation of the restaurant in accordance to set guidelines.
Promotes culinary concept in Marketing and Public Relations efforts.
