Job summary

Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is seeking a Beverage Shift Manager to oversee daily beverage operations across casino floor beverage outlets, cocktail lounges and restaurant bars. You will supervise Beverage Supervisors and staff, ensure service quality, manage inventory, and enforce liquor laws with a focus on safety and compliance.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced casino environment, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of beverage service and POS operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of beverage experience in a high-volume casino environment.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Stratton Warren POS system and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of Beverage Supervisors and staff to ensure standards and service.
• Ensures efficient beverage service through beverage control and inventory maintenance.
• Assists with training, evaluating and scheduling the beverage staff; enforces liquor laws and shutoff procedures.
• Coordinates with Stewarding, EVS and Engineering to maintain health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
