Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to support the Food and Beverage Operations Manager in daily restaurant operations. The role emphasizes staffing, inventory control, payroll, and ensuring profitability in a high-volume casino dining environment.

The successful candidate will lead supervisory staff, drive service standards, and coordinate with marketing to promote the restaurant concept while maintaining health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
• 3 years in a high-volume F&B or casino with at least 1 year of supervision.
• In lieu of a degree, 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume or gourmet restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining and scheduling of supervisors and line staff.
• Manage requisition and inspection of products and maintain inventory par levels.
• Assist in payroll preparation and payroll processes.
• Support F&B operations to meet P&L guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR to promote the restaurant concept.
