Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of beverage experience in a high-volume casino environment.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations across casino outlets, lounges, and service bars.
• Supervise Beverage Supervisors and staff to ensure standards and service steps.
• Monitor beverage control, inventory, and waste; manage scheduling and coaching.
