Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
• Three years experience in a high-volume complex Food and Beverage or casino environment with at least one year supervisory experience in a gourmet-specialty restaurant.
• In lieu of formal degree, two years supervisory experience in a high-volume or gourmet themed restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving the established P&L guidelines with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager.
• Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining and scheduling of supervisors and line staff.
• Responsible for requisition and inspection of all products and maintenance of inventory par amounts.
• Assist in preparation of payroll.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation per guidelines.
• Promote culinary concept in Marketing and PR efforts.
• Maintain working relationship with tenant partner and marketing the restaurant concept.
