Job summary

Taco Bell in Temple Hills, Maryland is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations during your shift, lead a team of crew members, ensure food safety, cleanliness, and customer service, and uphold franchise standards.

You will support the General Manager by running great shifts, solving problems, training staff, and coordinating with management to meet performance goals. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within the restaurant management team.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant crew during shift and delegate tasks.
• Coach and train staff; provide feedback.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Communicate with management and kitchen staff to coordinate service.
