HMSHost in Detroit is seeking a Manager I (MGRI) to assist branch management in executing QSR or similar restaurant operations, ensuring the restaurant is clean, staffed, and prepared for business.

You will supervise day-to-day activities, participate in hiring input, prepare schedules, ensure safety and HACCP compliance, and maintain cash handling procedures.

The role requires 2+ years F&B and 6 months supervisory experience; expects varied schedules and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years food and beverage experience.
• Requires minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Able to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Participates in hiring input and scheduling, ensures shifts are covered.
