Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or fast-food preferred.
• Leadership ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Shift: oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, including staff and customer inquiries.
• Team Leadership: motivate and guide the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Customer Service: interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Food Safety: maintain high food safety standards during preparation, storage and handling.
• Cash Handling: manage cash registers, payments, and records.
• Inventory Management: track inventory, order supplies, and rotate stock.
• Shift Reports: prepare reports on sales, labor costs, and incidents.
• Training: train new team members on policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Problem-Solving: handle unexpected issues and keep operations running smoothly.
• Cleanliness: maintain a clean, organized, and presentable restaurant.
• Promotions and Specials: assist in promoting new items and deals.
