Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain high food safety standards across prep, storage, and handling.
• Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain records.
• Keep track of inventory, order supplies, and manage stock rotation.
• Prepare shift reports with sales, labor costs, and incidents.
• Train new team members on policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions to keep operations smooth.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
• Assist in promotions and specials to drive sales.
