Fulenwider Enterprises in Lenoir, NC seeks a Shift Manager for our Taco Bell and KFC locations. You’ll be the captain of the ship during your shift, leading a team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

You will supervise staff, handle customer inquiries, ensure food safety, manage cash and inventory, and train new team members. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or fast‑food environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
