Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or willing to obtain by end of training.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures with crew.
• Act as Cash Manager, including opening cash drawers and verifying at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness to open/close and handle rush periods.
• Supervise crew and Team Trainers, communicating via team huddles and meetings.
• Assist scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and meet service standards.
• Address VOC issues and drive resolution with management.
