Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager (on duty) with management duties and to work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all activities align with the restaurant’s business plan. The role ensures Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their responsibilities and meet expectations.

The Shift Leader participates in training, team development, and daily operations to uphold customer service standards and company policies while supporting sales and cost

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent planning and time management.
• Must have team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
