Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience or education demonstrates command of restaurant operations.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong team-building abilities and leadership qualities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication skills, with openness to meet restaurant needs.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Analytical and organizational skills with a focus on process improvement.
