Job summary

CKE Restaurants seeks a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty supervisor in daily restaurant operations. This role supports the Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan, and to ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet job expectations.

The Shift Leader will drive quality customer service, help maximize sales, lead shift activities, and participate in training, meetings, and process improvements while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong team-building, investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.

• Provide quality product and customer service to ensure total customer satisfaction.
