Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts. You will supervise staff, train new hires, and ensure top-tier guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on involvement in service, food quality, and safety. Ideal candidates are 18+, with restaurant supervisory experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to fluently speak and understand English.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage restaurant staff during the shift.
• Train new employees in procedures, guest experience, and company standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Lead shifts by assigning tasks and managing breaks.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed and operational during all hours.
• Oversee cash handling and POS transactions.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist RGM with scheduling and shift hand-offs.
• Foster a positive, guest-first environment.
