Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines with urgency.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Direct daily operations in the GM's absence.
• Train, mentor and develop team members to ensure a high performing restaurant.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and high quality product.
