Job summary

Wingstop is hiring for shift leaders to supervise daily operations and maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. This role includes working as a crew member while guiding and supporting the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Candidates should be prepared to train staff, manage inventory, ensure policy adherence, and keep the kitchen and dining area clean throughout the shift. This is a hands-on supervisory position with responsibilities across service and operations.
