Job summary

Taziki's Café in Missouri invites you to join a warm, fast-paced team where you’ll greet guests, help with Take-Out and dine-in service, and contribute to a hospitable community environment.

Shifts include mornings and evenings; you’ll learn recipes, food prep, and the Taz Rewards program while delivering friendly, efficient service to every guest. Training provided, with room to grow in the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Must obtain Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and build connections with them.
• Open and close tasks.
• Be responsible for the restaurant when a manager isn’t on duty.
• Set the tone for the shift and provide clear directions to the team.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Support or work stations when needed (kitchen included).
• Prep food and do side work.
• Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain Health Department Standards during each shift.
• Follow Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintain hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
