Taziki’s Café is a fast-casual restaurant brand with more than 90 locations in 17 states. This role offers opportunities to connect with guests while working in a lively Mediterranean-inspired setting and learning our hospitality standards, food safety practices, and the Taz Rewards program.

You'll work opening or closing shifts, helping prep crews, and assisting guests with Take-Out and Dine-In orders, touching tables, building relationships, and contributing to a positive restaurant

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have or obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and making meaningful connections.
• Opening and closing tasks.
• Being responsible for the restaurant when a manager isn’t on duty.
• Setting the tone for the shift and directing the team clearly.
• Mastering menu and product knowledge.
• Supporting or working stations as needed (kitchen included).
• Prepping food and doing side work.
• Following cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
• Complying with Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
