Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is seeking a management professional to lead a fast-paced restaurant team in Missouri. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, manage scheduling, and help meet cost goals under the direction of the General Manager.

Qualifications include 1–3 years of management experience and a Food Manager certification to be earned soon after starting. A 21+ age requirement applies, with a focus on fresh food and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years management experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Food Manager’s certification to be obtained shortly after starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Review store’s P&L, assist in scheduling and cost control as directed by GM.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Serve guests and build meaningful connections.
• Lead the restaurant and team; set shift tone and provide clear directions.
• Mentor staff and manage quality crew development and evaluations.
• Support or work stations including kitchen as needed.
• Assist GM in interviewing, onboarding and training new employees.
• Follow cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain Health Department standards and alcohol handling policies.
