Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Missouri is hiring team members for mornings and evenings, with shifts that support catering orders and guest service. You’ll help prep, ensure food safety, and assist guests with Take-Out while engaging with the local community.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, and you’ll enjoy a fast-paced, friendly environment with flexible hours, great coworkers, and potential for growth within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Must obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employment.
• Energetic, ready to learn, loves fresh food.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and building connections.
• Opening & closing tasks.
• Being responsible for the restaurant when a manager isn’t on duty.
• Setting the shift tone and giving clear directions.
• Mastering menu and product knowledge.
• Supporting or working stations (kitchen included).
• Prepping food and performing side work.
• Following cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
• Following Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
