Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Experience as Assistant Manager or General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership; calm, professional under pressure.
• Discretion handling confidential information; involve stakeholders as needed.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage metrics, product specs, and management systems.
• Proficient with food prep, production, and delivery; strong food safety knowledge.
• Positive attitude, respect for others, and service-minded.
• Excellent communication; bilingual skills a plus.
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Accept accountability, admit mistakes, and fix issues promptly.
• Punctual, reliable attendance; able to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation to work and events.
• Able to work minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and standby for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manages staffing, recruitment, and development of internal candidates for management.
• Maintains brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and food safety adherence.
• Analyzes operational and financial performance; identifies trends and drives growth.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed and budgets are respected.
• Plans shift operations, emphasizes cost control and teamwork.
• Develops talent for future roles and leads with empathy.
• Coordinates operations including staffing, inventory, and admin duties.
• Responds to guest inquiries and resolves complaints to ensure satisfaction.
