Freddy’s is seeking a Supervisor in Colorado to oversee daily shift operations, coach and support Team Members, and uphold our standards of hospitality and quality. The role focuses on leadership, training, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining Freddy’s brand culture.

You will manage shift execution, monitor service and food preparation, and support attendance, policy adherence, and safety procedures. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity in a fast-growing restaurant family.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness are met.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set a positive example for team members.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members on shift.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Support strategies to progress operations and maintain brand culture.
