Job summary

Freddy’s is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily shift operations at our Highlands Ranch location. You will coach Team Members, uphold Freddy’s standards, and ensure a positive guest experience with hospitality, quality, and cleanliness at the forefront.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership and team development to drive efficiency, guest satisfaction, and staff retention across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must pass a background check and ERC required training.
• Must be able to pass ANSI Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness are upheld.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set the example for team members with a positive attitude.
• Oversee shift operations, monitoring food preparation and service for consistency.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Address maintenance issues, safety hazards, and employee relations as needed.
