Jamba Juice in Northglenn, CO is hiring a Team Leader to help run daily operations in the absence of managers. You will supervise shifts, ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while directing FOH and BOH tasks.

This hourly role emphasizes staff training, uniform compliance, cash handling, and open/close duties; you will escalate issues to the GM when needed and contribute to a positive, efficient restaurant environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervision or management experience in a restaurant preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.
• Able to manage both FOH and BOH shifts.
• Comply with cash handling procedures and company standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide a positive experience for guests and team members.
• Assist in labor control and cost management for shifts.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest comments and resolve issues as needed.
• Oversee daily shifts to maintain standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Help train new hires and reinforce company procedures.
• Enforce uniform policy and standards.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
