Responsibilities include supervising shifts, managing bothFOH/BOH duties to control labor costs, addressing guest feedback, ensuring cash handling procedures, and training staff. This is an hourly, franchised-location position.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Maintain standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to control labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
