Job summary

Moe's Olive Branch (2055) is seeking a Team Leader to assist in daily restaurant operations and to stand in for the General Manager in their absence. The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation, while resolving issues with team members, suppliers, and guests with escalation when necessary.

The position involves supervising shifts, ensuring a positive guest experience, and supporting training of staff to adhere to company procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure a positive experience for guests and team members.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to help control labor costs.
• Monitor service speed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest comments and complaints and escalate when needed.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in training of team members and new hires to ensure procedures are followed.
• Enforce uniform policies and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
