Moe's Southwest Grill is seeking a shift leader/manager to assist with daily operations and lead during peak hours. You will oversee food prep, line operations, and guest service while upholding Moe's standards of quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ months in a kitchen/restaurant role, strong communication and teamwork, plus a passion for fresh, flavorful food. This role emphasizes leadership and training new team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 5 months of kitchen or restaurant experience.
• Cooking experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
