Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Maintain a positive experience and atmosphere for teammates and guests.
• Assist with FOH/BOH shift responsibilities and labor controls.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with handling guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members and new hires.
