Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service.
• Handle cash and cash drops, take register readings and To Go orders.
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally, and invite return visits.
• Maintain guest checks in numerical order and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Answer phones and manage messages and To Go orders.
• Perform tasks as directed by management while representing Moe's professionally.
