Job summary

Moe's Southwest Grill NLR is seeking a Team Leader to assist in daily restaurant operations and to cover in the General Manager/Assistant Manager's absence. The role emphasizes food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

You will handle team member concerns and guest issues, while supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to maintain standards and cost controls. Training and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervise shifts to maintain standards of service and cleanliness.
• Provide a positive guest experience and atmosphere during shifts.
• Assist in controlling daily labor and cost across FOH and BOH areas.
• Address guest comments and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Open/close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
