Job summary

Rackson is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader in Irvington, NJ to supervise all restaurant activities during a shift and ensure smooth operations with exceptional guest service. The role upholds brand standards and partners with the management team to execute the business plan.

You will lead and train staff, manage cash and POS tasks, and maintain cleanliness and safety. English is required; Spanish comprehension is a plus. Availability includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shift operations and ensures smooth restaurant performance.
