Job summary

Taco Bell in Bellevue, Nebraska is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations during your designated shift, lead a team of crew members, maintain food quality and service standards, and ensure safety and compliance.

You will supervise tasks, coach staff, handle scheduling, cash handling, and drive guest satisfaction while coordinating with the management team. This role requires leadership, communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory/managerial experience in quick-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during your shift.
• Delegate tasks, ensure team understands responsibilities and provide feedback.
