Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods and brand standards. You will guide team members to complete duties, manage inventory, and ensure financial accountability while delivering safe, quality food to customers.

You will help maintain a safe environment for employees and guests, tolerate 50 lb lifts, and work in a fast-paced dining setting. This is a leadership role with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems, guide others, and ensure duties are completed.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability; ensure safe, quality food delivery.
