Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.

As an {{position_name}}, you will supervise Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory, and help maintain safe, quality service while upholding brand standards and delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and support the Restaurant General Manager to meet Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
