Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager and run shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will guide team members, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards while ensuring safe, timely food service.

The role requires 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work a 50-hour week in a high-energy setting. Compensation includes benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Take ownership and guide others, seek help when needed.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
