Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a supervisory role to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards. This position involves ownership to solve problems with a smile, guiding others, and ensuring duties are completed while inventory is managed and financial accountability is maintained.

You will help deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner and contribute to a safe environment for employees and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
