Job summary

You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Your friendly demeanor will ensure the delivery of safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
