Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an {{position_name}}, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others.

You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Capable of sweeping/mopping, lifting trash containers, and outdoor cleaning.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift.
