Job summary

Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. You will ensure that Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Capable of sweeping/mopping, lifting trash containers, and outdoor cleaning.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Take ownership and guide others; seek help when needed.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties and manage inventory responsibly.
• Maintain financial accountability and safe, quality food delivery.
• Create a safe environment for employees and customers.
