Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred

• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Passion for the business and compassion for people

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management
• Serve as an ambassador of Red Robin brand equity standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization
• Master guest interactions, drive to optimize profits, and maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• May work in other hourly roles as needed and be scheduled based on restaurant needs
