McAlister’s LLC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to assist in daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and ensure high standards of quality, service, and sanitation. You will manage both front-of-house and back-of-house duties, handle guest feedback, and support training for new hires.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in food service; supervisory experience is a plus in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in food service; supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations during shifts in absence of General Manager.
• Supervise FOH and BOH staff, schedule to control labor and costs.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
