Requirements include at least 1 year in casual dining, a HS diploma or GED, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations when the GM or ASM is not on duty.
• Guide and support team members to uphold high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Handle guest concerns and supplier issues; escalate to management as needed.
