Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts, under the supervision of exempt management. You will lead a team, resolve guest issues, and uphold brand standards while ensuring food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise peers and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
• Strong communication, leadership, and guest satisfaction skills.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
