Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in handling and storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant crew during shifts.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Create and maintain shift schedules and manage staffing levels.
• Train new hires and develop ongoing staff skills.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets.
• Communicate effectively with the management team and kitchen staff.
