• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in food service.

• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance.
• Supervise and coach crew members; delegate tasks and provide feedback.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to meet service demand.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets and control costs.
