Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts
• Delegate tasks and ensure team understands responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing procedures including cash handling
• Monitor inventory and order supplies
• Create and maintain shift schedules
• Train new hires on policies and procedures
