Job summary

Wingstop in Rainbow City, AL is seeking a Shift Leader to direct daily restaurant operations in the GM’s absence. You will ensure quality products, superb guest service, and adherence to company standards.

The role requires hands-on supervisory experience, strong financial awareness, and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with responsibilities across opening/closing and daily performance management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly
• Minimum of 2 plus years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
• Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of restaurant
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting and selecting team members
• Knowledge of Labor Laws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative and assertiveness
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining high standards and product knowledge.
• Control shrinkage, waste, expenses, and payroll.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
• Review restaurant trends and initiate changes to maximize goals.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies through meetings, walk-throughs and audits.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist other positions when necessary.
• Receive, inspect, and sign/pay for deliveries in GM’s absence.
