Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants in Madison, AL is seeking a Full Time Manager to direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. You’ll ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and adherence to standards while managing staffing, inventory, and finances.

The Shift Leader will review restaurant trends, maintain safety and sanitation, supervise team performance, and open/close the restaurant. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant.
• Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and overall restaurant financial performance.
• Experience recruiting and selecting team members.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and assertiveness.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Guest Service by greeting and acknowledging every guest and maintaining high standards.
• Control shrinkage, waste, expenses, and payroll.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety and staffing standards.
• Review restaurant trends and recommend changes to maximize goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies through meetings and audits.
• Open and/or close the Restaurant; assemble and package orders.
• Assist all other positions when necessary; receive and inspect deliveries.
• Place orders with vendors; maintain an Operations Manual; conduct daily walk-through.
• Ensure time and temperatures are checked; keep products fresh and properly prepared.
• Keep the flow of orders moving and the restaurant safe and clean.
